8. Financial Tools Disclaimer

Prism may provide tools for tracking expenses or splitting costs.

Prism:

• does not process payments,
• does not hold funds,
• is not a bank,
• is not a money transmitter,
• is not responsible for debts between users,
• does not guarantee repayment,
• has no obligation to enforce settlements.

All financial arrangements are between users only.

9. Travel Information Disclaimer

Prism is not an airline, travel agency, hotel, transportation provider, or booking service.

Prism does not issue tickets, confirm reservations, or guarantee travel availability.

Travel information may come from third-party sources.

We do not guarantee:

• pricing accuracy,
• schedule accuracy,
• availability,
• routing,
• airline policies,
• cancellations,
• delays,
• refunds,
• baggage rules,
• visa requirements,
• travel restrictions,
• supplier reliability.

You are responsible for verifying all travel details with the actual provider.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may display information from third-party providers, including travel APIs, maps, authentication services, analytics, and other integrations.

Prism is not responsible for:

• third-party errors,
• third-party outages,

• third-party transactions.

12. Future Booking / Referral Disclaimer

In the future, Prism may provide links to third-party booking providers. Prism is not a party to any transaction between you and a travel provider unless explicitly stated.
